These are the IP Addresses you'll need to add to your Firewall and PBX.  

DISCLAIMER:  If there is a concern that the end user's network or internet may be unstable or unreliable, please stop and take some time to evaluate the situation, including running ping tests, internet speed tests, checking QoS across the network, or questioning the customer’s IT team.  In some situations, a voice readiness assessment may need to be performed to verify the customer’s network can support VOIP as a primary communication method.

Important Notes

  • The Skyetel Network supports G722 - please make sure your trunk offers G722

  • Skyetel will SIP Options Ping your servers to verify they are online. If your PBX does not reply, it will not be able to place or receive calls. We recommend that you SIP Options Ping our switches to verify their availability.

  • Traffic will come from our IPs randomly - please insure all of these IP Address are added to your services, and you follow the Outbound Priority.

  • All RTP Audio comes directly from the CLEC, RBOC or Peer handling the call. Those IP Addresses are random.

Skyetel Network Health Monitoring

Skyetel can monitor the health of your PBX's network by sending regular ICMP (Pings) packets. To enable this feature, please add these IPs to your Firewall/PBX and let them reply to ICMP (Ping) requests from these IPs.
