Once your Endpoint Group and Endpoints have been created and all looks correct, you must now assign your DIDs/numbers to the Endpoint Group. If you have not already configured a Endpoint Group, please follow this article: Endpoint Groups

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on Phone Numbers -> Local Numbers, and then click the box at the top of the list to select all phone numbers.  You can also click the gear symbol at the top to edit all numbers simultaneously.

  2. Click the Endpoint Group drop-down, and select your Endpoint Group, and click Save. (We reccomend adding a description for future reference)

  3. Confirm the DIDs/numbers are now assigned to that Endpoint Group. Your phone numbers will now be assigned to an Endpoint Group:

Inbound calls for these phone numbers will now be directed to the public IP address you have specified. Now all that’s left is to configure your PBX to establish this SIP trunk.
